“The restaurant at Shinta Mani truly elevated our culinary experience in Siem Reap. The Khmer food was extraordinary, utilizing traditional ingredients but presented in a fine dining style. I was particularly impressed by the Kampot pepper, fresh and flavorful, something we can't find back home. My family and I enjoyed multiple dinners there, and the international options were just as good.
